Dean Small and Danny Bendas draw upon over 60 years of combined experience as professional chefs, restaurateurs and business mangers to help you create professional quality seasonings for use in restaurants as well as home kitchens.

Dean and Danny are graduates of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Their paths crossed occasionally over the years, and they first joined forces in the late 1980′s to provide consulting services to the hospitality industry. The rest, as they say, is history: They have been best friends for over 28 years and business partners for 20. Since Synergy Restaurant Consultants was formed in 1988, they have consulted to over 200 high profile restaurant companies, manufacturers and suppliers, and food service distributors around the globe.

Along the way, Dean & Danny came to the realization that a need existed for a company able to create, blend and package high quality, full flavored seasoning blends for use in restaurants. Dean & Danny’s Signature Seasonings line brings to the table a ‘WOW’, innovative approach to building flavor: our seasonings make the ordinary extraordinary.

With mounting success in the restaurant arena, and a desire by many ‘home chefs’ to ‘cook like the pros’, they created a retail line of signature seasonings, the same as those used in prestigious kitchens around the country.
